Executive MBA programme
Develop your capabilities to manage strategic and operational realities.
Responding to the growing need of building AI competence among managers and leaders, GU Executive Education is integrating AI into the Executive MBA curriculum, by creating a 2,5-day AI module. The same Executive MBA module is now also scheduled as an open programme and offered exclusively to the Gothenburg EMBA alumni community.
“We are doing this in the pursuit of offering our alumni opportunities for lifelong learning. The programme has the familiar format of an Executive MBA module (Thursday-Saturday), and takes place at the School of Business Economics and Law. We are very pleased with mobilizing four of the most appreciated speakers from the 6-day AI for Executives programme as lecturers for this shorter programme,” says Håkan Ericson, CEO, GU Executive Education.
The AI-programme for alumni has 24 seats and will run December 5-7. It provides an overview of AI concepts within an international context and introduces the fundamentals of AI, highlighting its implications for business on a global scale as well as within the Swedish context. Topics of discussion include AI’s societal impact, responsible AI practices, and leadership considerations. The programme will also explore principles for human-AI interaction and value creation, thereby offering strategic frameworks for value creation through AI services. Two lunches are included in the discounted programme fee of 18 800 SEK (excl VAT).
