Executive MBA programme
Develop your capabilities to manage strategic and operational realities.
Strategic management provides knowledge and understanding of the connections between an organisation’s goals and strategies, overall and detailed planning, execution, and follow-up. It also clarifies how optimized — often simplified — internal processes for governance and control, risk management and development can contribute to more effective governance.
Coordination of various governing functions such as strategy, business planning, execution, follow-up, and control is crucial for the effective development of operations. The program specifies how risk and control functions can interact effectively.
We explore directly applicable methods and models that participants can use to understand and evaluate their own organisation’s processes and to plan, execute, and follow up on operations, its goals, and strategies. Examples from different organisations are presented and discussed.
