Demystifying AI

- Opportunities & Limitations

Artificial intelligence (AI) is used to write speeches, analyze images and predict stock markets. In this programme we explain how these tasks are solved and how AI can be used in the participants’ organizations. Participants get to understand the opportunities and limitations of the AI technology and how to start using it.

Management Control

- financial relationships and ratios for managers

The programme aims to explain, in a pedagogical way, the financial reports and ratios used in business today. Theory is interspersed with concrete examples from different companies and events. Innovation Leadership

This programme explores the principles of innovation and creativity and describes how processes can be managed effectively. Two full days of lectures and seminars are followed by a reflection period of one month, during which you are expected to work within your  organization with a challenge of your choice. Future Purchasers in the Public Sector

The programme aims to develop your business acumen, whether you are a central purchaser, part of the management team at an institution or a purchase coordinator.
