In a turbulent business environment marked by both threats and opportunities, companies must evolve to sustain value creation, requiring courage, flexibility, and customer adaptation – essential elements for both business survival and contributing to a more sustainable world.

The two-day programme Strategy and sustainable value creation is aimed at leaders, strategic decision-makers and business developers who want to enhance their knowledge and ability to lead strategic initiatives with a focus on sustainable value creation.

Participants will gain an understanding of what strategy is and why it is crucial, and explore various perspectives on value creation. The programme utilizes strategy theory, practical tools and examples, workshop exercises, and participants’ own experiences and reflections to challenge the status quo and explore how companies can organize more efficient value creation with a sustainability focus. By mapping companies’ background, business idea, competencies, and resources, along with its business environment and broader context, we can identify business offerings and capabilities that need development in pursuit of sustainable value creation.
