Artificial intelligence (AI) is used to write speeches, analyze images and predict stock markets. In this programme we explain how these tasks are solved and how AI can be used in the participants’ organizations. Participants get to understand the opportunities and limitations of the AI technology and how to start using it.

In a turbulent business environment, companies must evolve and renew their operations. Participants will gain an understanding of what strategy is and why it is crucial, explore various perspectives on value creation, and acquire tools to identify business offerings and capabilities that need development.

The programme aims to explain, in a pedagogical way, the financial reports and ratios used in business today. Theory is interspersed with concrete examples from different companies and events. As a participant in the program, you develop your knowledge on two levels to also gain understanding for how decisions affect the financial performance and the results of the business.

It’s often said that generative AI won’t take our jobs, but people who master generative AI will. This programme is designed for those who want to master generative AI and become the employees, specialists, and managers of the future. You’ll gain an understanding of how generative AI works, learn to develop effective prompts, and create your own agent based on ChatGPT.

Designed for professionals with prior knowledge of management control who wish to broaden their skills and enhance their strategic impact. You will gain a deeper understanding of financial reports as a foundation for analysis and decision-making and explore how various control systems can support the implementation of organisational strategies. Up-to-date research is combined with practical application to strengthen the participants’ ability to analyse and develop their management performance.

In times of rapid change and growing complexity, we must strengthen our inner capacity to drive real change, both as individuals and as organisations. The Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework highlights the human capabilities required to make sustainable development a practical reality, for example by promoting personal development, work environment, problem-solving and innovation.

Hybrid and remote work are here to stay – but success depends on more than just technology and flexibility. This programme equips senior leaders with the insights, tools, and governance models needed to design effective hybrid systems that boost collaboration, innovation, and performance. Over two intensive days, you will combine cutting-edge research with practical strategies to create sustainable, high-performing hybrid workplaces.

The programme provides concrete and immediately applicable knowledge of strategic management; how planning, execution, and follow-up can interact to shorten the time required to achieve set goals. Theory is interspersed with real examples from various companies. Participants gain an understanding of their own organisation’s management, its appropriateness, and potential for improvement.

This programme explores the principles of innovation and creativity and describes how processes can be managed effectively. Two full days of lectures and seminars are followed by a reflection period of one month, during which you are expected to work within your  organization with a challenge of your choice. Day 3 (half day) we discuss results and reflect on what we have learned.

Interim Management is increasingly used as a strategic tool, and interim managers face specific demands and challenges. The programme is designed to meet the unique needs of interim managers. It is delivered over four and a half days, consisting of two days on change management, two days on strategic governance, and a final half-day workshop for reflection and in-depth learning.

NB! The programme is given in Swedish, but participants who prefer to use English in the joint discussions are welcome to do so.

The programme is designed for leaders in both public and private organizations, managing complex health and medicine-related administrations, where transformation, innovation, and implementation are integral to daily leadership tasks.
