Artificial intelligence (AI) is used to write speeches, analyze images and predict stock markets. In this programme we explain how these tasks are solved and how AI can be used in the participants’ organizations. Participants get to understand the opportunities and limitations of the AI technology and how to start using it.

Interim Management is increasingly used as a strategic tool, and interim managers face specific demands and challenges. The programme is designed to meet the unique needs of interim managers. It is delivered over four and a half days, consisting of two days on change management, two days on strategic governance, and a final half-day workshop for reflection and in-depth learning.
