Lean – a Japanese Management Concept in Steady Evolution

NB! This event is arranged exclusively for  current or graduated students at the Gothenburg Executive MBA Programme.

You are cordially invited to the Executive MBA Alumni Event jointly hosted by GU School of Executive Education and West Sweden Asia Gateway on April 11, 2016.

We are honoured to have Professor Mats Magnusson, Royal Institute of Technology as our speaker to address the topic of “Lean – a Japanese Management Concept in Steady Evolution”.

Prof. Mats Magnusson brings 25 years of experience working across various leading Swedish and international firms focusing on various areas of strategic management, innovation and learning – including the concept of “lean”.

He will discuss how the lean philosophy in Japan is context-specific and how non-Japanese companies have to redefine the ever-evolving Japanese lean concepts to their own contexts and circumstances.

Don’t miss this opportunity to get unique insights into the lean concept while mingling and networking with fellow alumni, current Executive MBA participants and members of West Sweden Asia Gateway.
