An extended Advanced Business Acumen (ABA) programme comprises a total of eleven days, delivered over a period of three months.
The Result These modules not only helped develop the business knowledge and skills of the participants, but encouraged them to take action and be more involved in organisation change processes. Focused on the current challenges of the business environment in the automotive industry and related to VCC in particular, these programmes provided the participants with a comprehensive toolbox grounded in theories and practice.
