Financial Analysis for Profitable Growth – extended management control provides you with deeper knowledge of how financial reports can inform internal decision-making, such as performance evaluation and/or profitability monitoring, as well as external assessments of financial stability and solvency. You will learn to understand the interconnections between a company’s financing, its growth ambitions, and the targets and expectations for profitability.

The programme also deepens your understanding of the challenges and opportunities in designing and applying various control mechanisms, both financial and non-financial, and how these can support the realisation of strategic goals. The programme takes a broader view on governance, grounded in established theoretical frameworks that enhance your ability to identify and discuss the appropriateness of different policy instruments.

Throughout the course, current research is interwoven with practice, helping participants develop the skills needed to critically analyse and guide their organisation’s management control in a desired direction.
