In a time of rapid change and growing complexity, we must strengthen our inner capacity to drive real change, both as individuals and as organisations. The Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework highlights the human capabilities required to make sustainable development a practical reality.

This programme introduces the five core dimensions of the IDG framework: Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating, and Acting. Through reflection, dialogue, and practical exercises, you will gain insights into how these capacities can enhance your personal leadership and improve the interaction within your organisation.

Working with the IDG framework promotes:

  • Personal development through increased self-awareness, empathy, and resilience
  • A healthier work environment through strengthened collaboration and relationships
  • Sustainability work through integrated values and long-term impact
  • Problem-solving and innovation through systems thinking and creativity

IDG equips individuals and organisations to address complex challenges and to contribute to the achievement of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
