Hybrid Work – Building Successful Hybrid Organizations provides a research-based and highly practical foundation for making informed, strategic decisions about hybrid and distributed work models.

Drawing on cutting-edge management research and the real-world experience of our lecturers, you will explore different types of hybrid work, uncover common myths, and navigate the paradoxes that leaders face in balancing flexibility, collaboration, and performance. You will learn how to assess your organization’s readiness, remove barriers to success, and design systems that work in today’s blended work reality.

Special emphasis is placed on managerial challenges – often the critical bottleneck in successful hybrid transitions – and on practical solutions for differentiated policies, employee well-being, and sustainable performance. The programme concludes with a deep dive into governance and implementation, equipping you with tools to transition to and sustain effective hybrid organizational models.
