About the program

In a turbulent world that brings both threats and opportunities, companies must develop and renew their business. Courage, flexibility, and customer adaptation are crucial for maintaining value creation that both ensures the company’s survival and contributes to a more sustainable world.

The two-day program Strategy and Sustainable Value Creation is aimed at leaders, strategic decision-makers, and business developers who want to develop their knowledge and ability to lead strategic work with a focus on sustainable value creation.

Participants will gain an understanding of what strategy is and why it matters, as well as different perspectives on value creation.

The program uses strategy theory, practical tools and examples, workshop exercises, and participants’ own experiences and reflections to challenge the status quo and explore how companies can organize more effective value creation with a focus on sustainability. By mapping a company’s background, business concept, competencies and resources, as well as its business environment and wider context, we can identify which business offerings and capabilities need to be developed in the pursuit of sustainable value creation.
