A faster path to your goals.
The program provides concrete and directly applicable knowledge of strategic management control; how planning, implementation, and follow-up can interact to shorten the time required to reach set goals. Theory is interspersed with real-world examples from various companies. Participants gain an understanding of their own organization's management control, its effectiveness, and potential for improvement.

Strategic Management Control provides knowledge and understanding of the links between the organization’s goals and strategies, overall and detailed planning, implementation, and follow-up. It also clarifies how optimized – and often simplified – internal processes for management and control, risk management, and development can contribute to more effective governance.
Coordination of various governing functions such as strategy, business planning, implementation, follow-up, and control is crucial for the effective development of the business. The program concretizes how risk and control functions can interact effectively.
We review directly applicable methods and models that participants can use to understand and evaluate their own organization’s processes and to plan, implement, and follow up on the business, its goals, and strategies. Examples from various organizations are presented and discussed.
Managers, leaders, and other individuals responsible for strategy, planning, follow-up, risk management, or internal management and control.
