Interim Management is increasingly used strategically, and interim managers face specific requirements and challenges—often involving driving change initiatives at pace and building competitiveness. The programme meets the interim manager’s unique needs. It is delivered over four and a half days, divided into two days on change management, two days on strategic governance, and a concluding half-day workshop for reflection and deeper learning.

The Interim Management Professional Programme is a tailored programme for interim managers who want to strengthen their ability to navigate complex and changing situations. The programme combines the latest research, evidence-based methods and practical relevance. A balanced combination of theory and practice gives participants both strategic capability and concrete tools to use in their assignments.
The programme addresses the interim manager’s unique needs and focuses on change management, strategy execution and sustainable leadership practices. Participants will learn how to handle high-pressure situations, drive effective change processes and create long-term competitive advantages for organisations.
