The importance of being able to lead and stimulate innovation within an organisation is constantly increasing. We explore the principles of innovation and creativity and describe how these processes can be led effectively. Two full days of lectures and seminars are followed by a reflection period, during which you are expected to work in your own organisation on a challenge you have chosen yourself. On Day 3 (half-day), we discuss results and reflect on what we have learned in the programme.
On the first day, we focus on the phenomenon of creativity. We explore myths about creativity in order to clearly explain the mechanisms behind creativity and how you, as a leader, can increase it in individuals and groups. The second day focuses on how innovation is managed in organisations.
Managers and leaders at all levels.
