About the program

An increasingly rapid pace of change in the world places new demands on companies and their people. Success requires the ability to adjust, and sometimes radically transform, operations based on new conditions. Studies show that up to 70% of change initiatives fail to achieve their stated goals. The main reasons are rarely technical problems or a lack of resources. What is often missing, however, is active and clear leadership. Driving a change process forward and working with effective change management requires preparation, governance, and leadership.

The program combines lectures with discussions. The aim is for participants to build their own understanding of change leadership, as well as to provide tools and methods for practically driving and succeeding with change initiatives.

Based on both research findings and their own and other participants’ experiences, participants develop their individual and concrete change model to use as a starting point for future change initiatives.
