Human judgment meets AI.
This program is aimed at decision-makers in business and the public sector who want to develop their judgment, solve complex problems, refine their intuition, and make more accurate decisions – with AI as support, not a replacement. When human judgment and experience meet AI, AI becomes a powerful tool that strengthens what you already do well and gives you new cognitive superpowers in a complex world.

Today’s world is characterized by uncertainty, information overload, and rapid change. On top of that, we hardly have an abundance of time. This program is for you if you want to learn how to use AI as a tool to make better decisions in less time.
The program was developed in collaboration between the Department of Psychology and the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, and is based on the research-based idea of “augmented intelligence” – the interplay in which AI’s capacity is combined with and driven by human experience and the ability to see the bigger picture.
This program takes you as an individual as its starting point – your experience, your judgment, and your ability to see context. You don’t need to be a technician to benefit from the program. The focus is not on code or systems, but on how you, as a human being, can collaborate with AI to make better decisions under uncertainty, solve complex problems, and create sustainable value in your organization.
Managers, leaders, and decision-makers in both business and the public sector who want to make more accurate decisions, combine intuition, judgment, experience, and data, and understand how AI is shaping the leadership of the future.
