GU School of Executive Education in Gothenburg is providing tailored leadership training for Gullringsbo Egendomar. The programme is directed at prospective or current managers and leaders at the company’s subsidiaries Svenska Hus, MVB, Wangeskog and Torslanda Entreprenad. The aim of the programme is to reinforce leadership within the Group.

– The Gullringsbo Group has grown successfully, with entrepreneurship and business acumen as its guiding principles. Through this programme we aim to ensure that our present and prospective leaders will develop further and in doing promote our future growth, says Peter Dahlsten at Gullringsbo Egendomar.

The programme covers a wide area, from strategy to leadership and communication. The leadership programme provides key members of staff with the opportunity to sit down together and discuss core issues, such as collaboration within the Group.

– We have developed this programme in close cooperation with Gullringsbo and it is important that each part of the programme generates added value, says Per-Olof Larsson, President of GU School of Executive Education.

The programme is based on research at the School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University.

– A particular challenge is that the different subsidiaries in the Group are all independent of each other. Within the programme we will discuss whether we can generate synergies and the participants will work on projects during the course of the programme. Our ambition is that a number of the projects will help the companies to develop, says Anders Sandoff at the School of Business, Economics and Law at Gothenburg University, who is also the programme leader.
