The importance of being able to lead and stimulate innovation in the organization is constantly increasing. We explore the principles of innovation and creativity and describe how processes can be managed effectively. Two full days of lectures and seminars are followed by a reflection period of one month, during which you are expected to work in your own organization with a challenge of your choice. Day 3 (half day) we discuss results and reflect on what we have learned.

On the first day, we focus on the phenomenon of creativity. We explore the development of myths around creativity to clearly explain the mechanisms behind creativity and how you as a leader can increase it in individuals and groups. Day 2 the focus is on how to manage innovation in organizations.
