Last module before the summer!

June 17th, 2014

The Executive MBA class 2013-2015 finished with IT Governance module before the summer. Last week they learned about the modern ways of organising the IT function, methods for investment evaluation and process that secure the realization of business benefits from IT.

Some points for reflection:

  1. What is IT governance?
  2. How is IT function linked to company’s strategy?
  3. How can IT related investments be evaluated?
