We are honoured to have Dr. Jessica Bagger, Professor of Management at Sacramento State, and Mats A. Vilander, MBA, MSc, International Strategy Advisor with 24 years of experience from the international Telecom industry, as our speakers.
Dr. Jessica Bagger will speak about current talent management topics, including HRM, employees, and talent management. Her scientific research investigates how organizational and personal factors impact employees’ performance and wellbeing and she also writes for the Sacramento Business Review, a publication for organizations and leaders in the Sacramento Region. She regularly consults and develops training and development programs for public and private organizations in Northern California.
Mr. Mats A. Vilander will share his practical experience on the topic of talent management and leadership through his various CXO level roles, executive line management and advisory/board member roles at global companies such as Ericsson, ZTE Corporation, Begacom/Omantel and Price Waterhouse , as well as various startups in recruiting and motivating professionals. He also has vast experience in the Venture Capital Industry, most recently serving as an industrial advisor and accelerator for Investor Growth Capital Technology portfolio in Asia.
