Change Management with Prof. Anat Lechner

The Executive MBA class will graduate this June. The last module they attended last week was Change Management. Prof. Anat Lechner from Stern School of Business, New York University came to Sweden and spent 3 days with the participants to discuss how important Change Management is in leadership competence development.
